After a successful symposium, fruitful presentations, engaging discussions, and an exciting field trip since the beginning of the course in October, we have come to the last week of the Yaz\u0131l\u0131kaya Living Lab: Adaptive Futures for Rural Heritage Course. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

At NIT Urban Heritage Lab this week, we leave the floor to our course participants. They will present their heritage-based strategies to promote sustainability, conservation, and the revitalization of the Phrygian Highlands, with a special focus on Yaz\u0131l\u0131kaya Village. The four projects developed by the course participants will be evaluated by Charlie Smid (Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam), Dr. I\u015f\u0131lay G\u00fcrsu (BIAA), Dr. Emine \u00c7i\u011fdem Asrav (Bilkent University), and Dr. Esra Ek\u015fi Balc\u0131 (Kocaeli University).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
