The Netherlands Institute in Turkey fosters the academic study of Turkey through the ages. Governed by Leiden University and based in Istanbul, it serves all universities in the Netherlands. NIT initiates and conducts research and education programs in archaeology, heritage studies and Turkish studies. MA and PhD students can apply for fellowships to conduct research in Istanbul.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
